製品概要
MAX22513AWJ+T is a dual-channel low-power IO-link device transceiver that features a selectable control interface, internal high-efficiency DC-DC buck regulator, two internal linear regulators, and integrated surge protection for robust communication. This device features low-on resistance drivers (C/Q and DO/DI), selectable driver current limits, and overcurrent protection to reduce power dissipation in small sensor applications. The DC-DC buck regulator supplies up to 300mA load current and has an adjustable output voltage (from 2.5V to 12V). Internal linear regulators generate 5V and 3.3V, supplying up to 50mA of current. It can be controlled using SPI or I²C interfaces, providing flexibility for microcontrollers, and extensive control and diagnostic features. The internal MCLK oscillator provides a clock source to a microcontroller for IO-link communication. It is used in applications such as IO-link sensors and actuator devices, and industrial sensors.

- Glitch filters for improved burst resilience, hot-plug and reverse polarity protection
- Input voltage range from 8V to 36V, DC-DC turn-on delay is 2.22ms typical
- Switching frequency is 1.223MHz typical at (FREQ = high, BUCKSS = 0, TA = +25°C)
- Driver low-to-high propagation delay is 1μs typ at (NPN mode, V24 = 18V to 30V, V5 = 4.5V to 5.5V)
- Output voltage accuracy is +1% maximum at (V24 = 8V to 36V, V5 = 4.5V to 5.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 32-WLP package
