製品概要
MAX1454AUE+ is a highly integrated analogue sensor signal conditioner targeted for automotive applications. This device provides amplification, calibration, and temperature compensation to enable an overall performance approaching the inherent repeatability of the sensor. The fully analogue signal path introduces no quantization noise in the output signal while enabling digitally controlled trimming of the output. Offset and span are calibrated with integrated 16bit DACs, allowing sensors to be truly interchangeable. This device architecture includes a programmable sensor excitation, a 32-step programmable gain amplifier (PGA), a 2K x 8-bit internal flash memory, four 16bit DACs, and an on-chip temperature sensor. It is used in applications such as pressure sensors, strain gauges, pressure calibrators and controllers, resistive element sensors, and humidity sensors.

- Overvoltage protection to 45V, reverse-voltage protection to 45V
- High-precision compensation reduces downstream circuit complexity
- Fully analogue signal path, 16bit offset and span-calibration resolution
- Supports both current and voltage-bridge excitation, sensor fault detection
- Simple PCB layout, single-pin digital programming, no external trim components required
- Oscillator frequency is 1MHz typical at (VDDX = 5V, VGND = 0V, TA = +25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 90dB typical at (VDDX = 5V, VGND = 0V, TA = +25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 16-pin TSSOP package
