製品概要
ADXL345-EP is an extended performance version of the ADXL345, which is a small, thin, ultralow power, 3-axis accelerometer with high resolution (13bit) measurement at up to ±16g. Digital output data is formatted as 16bit twos complement and is accessible through either an SPI (3- or 4-wire) or I²C digital interface. This is well suited for extended temperature range industrial and aerospace equipment. It measures the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock. Its high resolution (3.9mg/LSB) enables measurement of inclination changes less than 1.0°. Application includes industrial equipment, and aerospace equipment.

- Power consumption scales automatically with bandwidth
- Typical output resolution is 10bits (TA=25°C, VS=2.5V, VDD I/O=1.8V)
- Typical all g ranges is 10bits (TA=25°C, VS=2.5V, VDD I/O=1.8V)
- Typical sensitivity change due to temperature is ±0.01%/°C
- Typical supply current is 140µA (ODR ≥ 100Hz, TA=25°C, VS=2.5V, VDD I/O=1.8V)
- Flexible interrupt modes mappable to either interrupt pin
- Measurement ranges selectable via serial command, bandwidth selectable via serial command
- 14-terminal land grid array [LGA] package
- Temperature rating range from -55°C to +105°C
