製品概要
1181 50MM is a 3M™ EMI copper foil shielding tape 1181 with electrically conductive acrylic adhesive. It is a 2.6-mil thick tape composed of a 1.4-mil flat copper foil backing coated on one side with a non-corrosive, electrically conductive acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive supplied on a removable liner. It is commonly used for EMI/RFI shielding applications in the electronics industry, static charge draining, seaming shielded rooms, cable wrapping, and surface contact with non-solderable materials. It can be die-cut, is solderable and offers a multitude of uses in electrical design and test laboratories for prototyping, design and troubleshooting. It is designed for applications that require reliable, point to point electrical contact. The conductive particles in the adhesive offer low resistance between the substrate and the backing. This flame-retardant tape is designed for grounding and EMI shielding in equipment, components and shielded rooms.
- Adhesive requires no moisture, solvents, heat or other manner of preparation to affect application
- flame-retardant per UL-510A standard, comes on a removable liner for easy die cutting and handling
- Copper colour - visual, electrically conductive acrylic adhesive
- Copper foil - flat backing
- 2.6 +/- 0.2mils (0.066 +/- 0.005mm) total thickness, 22lb/in (39N/cm) min breaking strength
- 0.005ohm/in² max electrical resistance, 66dB shielding effectiveness (average 300KHz – 2.5GH)
- Unique adhesive creates secure contact with the application surface, rated for 600V applications
- Suitable for EMI shielding, grounding and static charge draining, flame-retardant
- UL component recognized UL510A standard, Category OARC2, File No. E17385
- Excellent resistance against oxidation and discoloration
